Regarding the charge for plastic bags

Thank you very much for your patronage.
In accordance with the Containers and Packaging Recycling Law and in order to reduce plastic waste, effective July 1, 2020, this hotel will no longer provide free shopping bags for use in our stores, and will instead charge for these bags.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask that you please bring your own bags.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented the following measures to protect our guests from infectious diseases, including the new coronavirus, with your health, safety, and security as our first priority.

Preventive Measures Against Infectious Diseases

・Alcohol sanitizer is available in the lobby, elevator hall, and restrooms in common areas.

・Elevator buttons, handrails, doorknobs, counters, and other common areas are wiped down with disinfectant solution (sodium hypochlorite) and disinfected and sterilized on a regular basis.

・Room fixtures such as light switches, remote controls, and telephone handsets are also sterilized and disinfected by wiping them up with disinfectant solution (sodium hypochlorite).

・Chairs, tables, trays, and fixtures in the dining and banquet rooms are also sterilized and disinfected by wiping them up with disinfectant solution (sodium hypochlorite).

・The inn is thoroughly ventilated during room cleaning.

・We have stopped offering tastings of souvenirs at the kiosks (except for individually packaged tastings). (except for tasting of individually packaged products).

・We make sure that our staff knows their health status before they start work.

・Staff members thoroughly wash their hands and disinfect with alcohol before and between shifts.

Request to our guests

・If you cough, sneeze, or have a runny nose during your visit, be sure to wear a mask and observe cough etiquette.

・Guests who are not feeling well prior to the trip are advised to refrain from going out, as their first priority is to recover their health.

( Please call us to confirm and discuss cancellation fees, etc.)

・Please disinfect your fingers with alcohol sanitizer available in the lobby when entering the Inn.

・Please inform the front desk staff if you develop a fever or any other health problems during your stay.

・Please cooperate in verifying the identity of the representative.

・The hotel does not serve buffet style meals. (dinner, breakfast and lunch)

・Employees who sneeze or cough due to hay fever or other symptoms may be required to wear a mask for work. Please understand this in advance.
